For grown-ups

These playful activities practise looking, matching, tracing, patterns and hand-eye coordination. Let your child work at their own pace. Help only when they need it.

  • One challenge is on screen at a time, eight to a sitting, mixed from twelve kinds of activity. Each sitting is dealt fresh, and recent challenges are held back so the same ones do not keep coming up.
  • Start, Keep Going and Big Challenge change how long the patterns and paths are and how alike the choices look. Start low and move up when it feels easy.
  • Nothing is scored or timed. A miss gets “Almost — look again”, a hint is always one tap away, and tracing is forgiving: staying roughly on the path is enough.
  • This is practice and play. It is not an assessment, and it is not a treatment or a therapy.

Printable worksheets

Twelve A4 sheets, four activities each, built from the same challenges. Best printed in colour.
